The Time is Now to Prevent Colds and Flu

   This may seem like a strange time of year for articles on Colds and Flu, but for prevention the time is right. In the Huang Di Nei Jing, the oldest known medical text, written over 2,500 years ago, people were advised to go outside in the late, hottest part of summer and vigorously exercise to build their immune systems and  prevent illnesses in the fall.
