Under-wire Bras

      A bra hazardous to your health? Actually, yes! Under-wire bras restrict the flow of lymph. The lymph system is one of the major pathways of detoxification. The movement of the breasts, when the arms are swinging, aid the lymph nodes. Studies show an increase in breast cancer in women wearing under-wire bras. 

     For pretty bras in various colors and styles, Victoria Secret has the Body Bra. Seasonal colors go on sale on line, basic colors don't. Most major department stores have some form of wireless bra with good support as well. A good wireless bra might be a bit more expensive than cheap under-wires, but for something that is worn so much, plus the added health benefits, it is money well spent.
